Follow these steps:

  1. Shut down device and let it sit off for 30 seconds before powering back on.
    • You MUST use the Shutdown button on bottom left hand corner of the touchscreen. Do NOT use power button to turn off.
  2. Log back onto the device to see if this resolves the issue.
